Well, that's me over there, for starters. The look on my face there and the fact that i'm scrutinizing something with great curiosity ... well, it's still me.

I was born in Tampa, Florida, grew up in West Virginia, went to college in Tennessee, and have served as a youth pastor in both Kentucky and Arkansas.

There's not a lot to tell, other than that. Ok, there is LOTS to tell other than that. But let's be honest, you don't really want to read my life story. My happiest moments are when I'm spending alone time with God or when I'm leading a group of teenagers. I have a million acquaintances, a good number of good friends, and a handful of close confidantes. I try to live my life in line with Habakkuk 3:17-19:

Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior. The Sovereign LORD is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to go on the heights. No matter what, I want to praise Him -- whatever my circumstances are.

That's what I call living with
an undercurrent of joy.

So, if you want to know more about me, you can
read my blog, or e-mail me.

That's it. You can stop reading now.
